A classic label indicates this classic expression of this version of an IPA. It's been a long time since Epic made an IPA using the classic C hops of Chinook, Cascade and Centennial, balanced with a touch of sweet crystal malt, that delivers a slightly richer colour, and a more obvious sweeter, malty note which marries perfectly with the grapefruit and piney notes from the hops.
