A combination of two Kiwi icons: Sauvignon Blanc and Dancing Sands Dry Gin. State-of-the-art vacuum distillation means they are able to retain the complex flavours of the wine, while adding botanical sophistication from their Dry Gin. The end result is a full-bodied and fruity gin that brings you bursting passionfruit, gooseberry, lime, and green apple - all the tropical flavours you know and love from a New Zealand Sauv Blanc, but with added punch and pizazz.

Move over pink gin, Dancing Sands has bottled summer. Strawberries and rhubarb are infused with their Dry Gin as a nod to summer nostalgia. Because they are using real ingredients, the colour of the gin will fade and sediment will occur. Bottling nature doesn't stay pink for too long.

Classic London Dry style gin. A clean, zesty, juniper-forward gin which balances softness with bright citrus. Launched in 2010, This is a modern London Dry gin, with a nod to Scotland in its recipe including native plants and botanicals.

Our full-strength (40%) Raspberry gin is bursting with natural flavour from start to finish. It is distilled with five traditional gin botanicals and a combination of fresh Scottish raspberries and raspberry leaves to a create a perfectly balanced gin with an incredible depth of flavour.

Ford's London Dry Gin was born from a simple realisation: after more than 20 years in the spirits world, founder Simon Ford believed the ultimate cocktail gin didn't yet exist. Determined to create it, he collaborated with leading figures of the craft cocktail movement, refining the recipe through 83 iterations until the balance was just right. Distilled in London at Thames Distillers with 8th-generation Master Distiller Charles Maxwell, Ford's Gin is built on a classic foundation of juniper and coriander, layered with citrus, florals, and spice. Steeped for 15 hours before distillation, its nine botanicals come together in a versatile, modern London Dry designed with cocktails firmly in mind.

Gin combined with Yarra Valley grapes? Bloody brilliant. This crazy experiment using Four Pillars original Rare Dry Gin steeped with local cool-climate Shiraz grapes has become a cult-favourite, the perfect balance of sweet fruit and ginny goodness.

Fresh Yuzu Gin offers amazing aromatics that are a mix of lemon, mandarin, cumquat and grapefruit. The palate also features ginger, turmeric and sencha genmaicha, a Japanese green tea with roasted brown rice, for depth of flavour. A bright, aromatic and fresh dry gin made with locally-grown yuzu and inspired by Four Pillars' adventures making gin with Japanese friends.

Navy Strength Gin is an intense but smooth gin, made for cocktails. This overproof gin is distilled with native finger limes and fresh ginger in the botanical basket, giving it great power and intensity. Turmeric adds weight to the palate and a fresh but earthy quality, and the palate is sweet and juicy but still very clean. The resulting gin has lifted aromatics of lime cured, pine needles and fragrant spices with a vanilla character which pulls it all together.

Rare Dry Gin is Four Pillars original gin. They crafted it to deliver the best of all worlds: a classically smooth gin that combines Asian botanicals with great Mediterranean citrus. It's spicy but with great citrus from the whole fresh oranges and native lemon myrtle, a truly modern Australian gin.

Sherry Cask Gin is rich and layered with fruit and nut flavours. Four Pillars' Sherry cask solera is made up of 42 casks, some from Spain and some from Australian Apera (fortified wine). The colour has deepened as the casks age and residual sherry characters are underpinned by pine oil notes.

Four Pillars' fifth Distiller Series gin takes fresh rhubarb and Yarra Valley apples and combines them with rich brown spices to make a gin that is bright, rich and full of depth. This gin is basically apple and rhubarb crumble in a glass.
