Made using ingredients from the gardens and rockery at the distillery to give a different, seasonal taste to Rock Rose Gin. The challenge, was to make a citrus style gin using botanicals growing in the distillery garden and with no peels!

Versatility is key. 6 botanicals. Juniper upfront, fresh coriander, with citrus & floral angelica, creamy preserved grapefruit with delicate Orris finish.

Naturally black in colour, Scapegrace Black is crafted using botanical extracts including aronia berry, saffron, pineapple and sweet potato. When combined with tonic, the liquid transforms from a deep black shade to a vivid purple-pink hue, creating a striking and unexpected serve. On the palate, it is full-bodied and naturally chilling, with a candied sweet potato and pineapple finish. The mouthfeel is luxurious and velvety, with a smoothness that lingers long after the last sip.
