Every batch of Boodles Gin is made with labour and patience. It begins as a clean spirit distilled from British wheat. The liquid is then re-distilled in a Carter Head copper still, which allows the botanicals to gradually infuse into the spirit.

Celebrating its 40th anniversary with this limited edition, the Bounty 12-year-old rum features a blend of the distillery's finest aged reserves, which have mellowed over time in heavily charred oak barrels. This blend has savory, caramel, smoky oak, fruity and licorice notes, which produces a perfectly well-rounded rum.
