Smooth and full bodied with flavours of blackberry, dark chocolate and spicy oak characters are enhanced by Rum oak ageing which leads to vanilla, and toasted almond flavours with a slightly sweet fruit finish.

Bay and Barnes leaned on our cousins across the ditch for the grapes to make this classic Australian Chardonnay. Following harvest, fruit was gently pressed before settling. Specially selected yeasts were used to start fermentation. From there the wine was delicately matured on oak and lees stirred to impart lovely toasty flavours and a creamy texture.

This Merlot was sourced from premium vineyards. Immediately following harvest fruit undertook fermentation on skins to lock in colour and flavour. It was then gently pressed and matured on oak to develop subtle toasty and mocha flavours and a rich smooth palate. The resulting wine a has dark, inky colour followed by a rewarding, silky mouthfeel and intense, rich plum flavour. Enjoy this Merlot with crispy five spice-scented, Peking duck pancakes with hoisin sauce and Asian greens.

Blenheimer Medium White is a full, rounded medium white wine enjoyed by generations of New Zealanders. The grapes used are specially selected and the wine carefully vinted to ensure that Blenheimer always maintains its distinctive character. Serve this delicate and fruity white wine chilled.

Barrel aged in American Oak for 12 months, notes of raspberries, peppercorns, juniper and dried herbs with a touch of vanilla.

Crafted from grapes harvested earlier than usual, Brancott Estate Flight Rosé is naturally lighter in alcohol and calories while retaining its vibrant fruit character. Brancott Estate Letter Series T Pinot Noir pays tribute to the stepped terraces of Brancott Vineyard, where the region's first Pinot Noir vines were planted.
