In your wine glass this stunning Central Otago Pinot Noir is vibrant with ruby red and purple hues. On the noses you'll find fresh dark cherries, hints of spice and an elegant waft of thyme. The palate again rich with Central Otago cherries and nuances of chocolate, intertwined with wild thyme and alluring earthy notes.

A full bodied, rich style of Chardonnay which is classic of the Gisborne region. The Last Shepherd celebrate these men with this Central Otago Pinot Noir. Medium ruby red, exhibiting vibrant dark berry aromas with hints of spice and smoke. The palate is rich and savoury with dark cherry and plum fruit characters with fine supple tannins, hints of pepper and spice and a savoury oak finish.

The Last Shepherd Syrah is a bold Hawke's Bay Syrah and a deliciously good story. Floral aromas such as lilac, violet with lifted dark berry notes appear on the nose. On the palate, flavours of boysenberry and plum with well-integrated oak influence come through. With medium weight on the palate, this wine has a hint of pepper and warm spices, rounded out with a soft and velvety finish.

Typically fresh aromatics of quality Hawkes Bay Chardonnay are evident in this Trinity Hill Lost Garden wine, including citrus, white flowers and stone fruit. These are complemented on the palate by a creamy richness from aging on lees. Roast hazelnut, almond and hints of gunflint result from the indigenous fermentation in barrel.

Aromas of fresh strawberries and raspberries along with exotic notes of ripe rock melon, tropical fruit and sweet spices. In the mouth, the wine is round and full with fresh red berry and tropical fruit flavours balanced by tangy, salivating acidity on the finish.
