Nola's Rich Ruby is a 100 year old family recipe, made in the Portuguese style of a ruby port. Nicely balanced sweetness, with rounded fruit flavours. Nola's Tawny is produced from high quality red grapes that are aged in wooden barrel's exposing them to gradual oxidation and evaporation. As a result of this oxidation, Nola's Tawny mellows to a golden-brown colour. Nola's Tawny is hand crafted following a very unique process that has been passed down the Nola family for generations, creating a great taste of aged Tawny, whilst encompassing a rich mellow port nose. Nicely balanced sweetness, with well-rounded richness and depth.
