Ford's London Dry Gin was born from a simple realisation: after more than 20 years in the spirits world, founder Simon Ford believed the ultimate cocktail gin didn't yet exist. Determined to create it, he collaborated with leading figures of the craft cocktail movement, refining the recipe through 83 iterations until the balance was just right. Distilled in London at Thames Distillers with 8th-generation Master Distiller Charles Maxwell, Ford's Gin is built on a classic foundation of juniper and coriander, layered with citrus, florals, and spice. Steeped for 15 hours before distillation, its nine botanicals come together in a versatile, modern London Dry designed with cocktails firmly in mind.

Bloody Bandwagon is based on Four Pillar's cult favourite, Bloody Shiraz Gin. Created using an alcohol-free base of highly concentrated Shiraz, alongside some of their favourite botanicals including Tasmanian pepperberry leaf and citrus, this is a unique, purple and slightly sweet booze-free spirit.

In 2015 Four Pillars combined their Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz grapes in Australia to create the Bloody Shiraz Gin for the first time. And now each year they steep Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes in gin, and after eight weeks they press the fruit before blending with more Rare Dry Gin.

A new and permanent member of the Four Pillars family, Fresh Yuzu Gin offers amazing aromatics that are a mix of lemon, mandarin, cumquat and grapefruit. The palate also features ginger, turmeric and sencha genmaicha, a Japanese green tea with roasted brown rice, for depth of flavour.

Similar in style to the Rare Dry Gin but with the addition of three fresh botanicals: turmeric to add weight and earthiness, ginger for spice and zesty native finger limes.

Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin is crafted to deliver the best of all worlds: a perfect, classic gin and also something that would fascinate and delight even the most hardened gin fanatic. It's spicy but with great citrus, a truly modern Australian gin. Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin captures the essence of contemporary Australia's heritage in Europe and Asia. We're using whole oranges which is unusual but Australian citrus is highly aromatic and supports the spicier botanicals like cardamom. The cinnamon and star anise add rich fruitcake tones, the Tasmanian pepperberry leaf provides warmth rather than heat, and the lemon myrtle is a beautiful alternative to lemon peel.

Sherry Cask Gin is rich and layered with fruit and nut flavours. The Sherry cask solera is made up of 42 casks, some from Spain and some from Australian Apera (fortified wine). The colour has deepened as the casks age and residual sherry characters are underpinned by pine oil notes. The gin finishes with a subtle sweetness from the tweak of Amontillado Sherry we add at bottling.

Four Roses Bourbon is rich in history as one of the founding distilleries of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. Only at Four Roses do they combine two mash bills with five proprietary yeast strains to create ten distinct bourbon recipes. This bourbon is a blend of all 10 recipes and is known for its versatility and consistent excellence. The nose has notes of spice, honey and fruit, the palate has flavours of fresh fruit with hints of apple and pear. It is crisp yet smooth & soft and finishes long, mellow and pleasant.
