On the nose there are aromas of citrus, as well as honeydew melon and some stone fruit (peach and nectarine). In addition there is a hint of struck match which adds complexity and a flinty minerality. The palate is concentrated with refreshing acidity and a lingering finish.

Rabbit Ranch Pinot Gris, being a mutation of Pinot Noir, revels in the Central Otago conditions that suit Pinot Noir so beautifully - a long slow ripening period is desirable, with cool nights and warm days as the Autumn harvest approaches. The Rabbit Ranch Pinot Gris has a mineral acidity backbone and an off dry finish that gives the wine a delicious structure and refreshing style.

Made from 100% Central Otago Pinot Noir fruit, lightly pressed to extract just enough colour to deliver the provencal-esque pale pink. Intense nashi pear and floral jasmine aromatics to intrigue the senses. On the palate, the wine is luscious and succulent with brown pear, lychee and quince flavours. There is a bright acidity that brings juiciness to the palate and gives a long, pear and spice-flavoured finish.

Aromas of freshly cut grass and gooseberry are met with a pallet of fresh lemon, grapefruit and a full dose of passionfruit on the finish.
