This pale gold Triplebank Sauvignon Blanc meets the nose with a bouquet of punchy aromatics, from freshly cut capsicum, tomato leaf, citrus, and hints of jalapeño transfer onto a powerful palate. The satisfying palate has notes of herbs and nettle underpinned with grapefruit all bound with in a striking minerality. This wine is complex and layered, inviting you to linger and discover. A lovely almond colour in the glass, the nose reveals toasted coconut, fresh pear, and apple strudel aromas.
